Shipping Policy

Most product is shipped within 2 business days of having received payment for an order.

On occasion that an order can not be processed within this timeframe, an attempt will be made to notify you of such delay along with the reason for the delay.

If it is determined that you are not willing to accept the delay, all payment received for product that has not been shipped will be promptly refunded.

Any shortage to a received order should be promptly communicated upon receipt of the shipment.

Returns Policy

All returns of defective product must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number(RAN) to insure that you are properly credited for the return.

You must provide information why you wish to return the product when requesting the RAN.

Please use the 'Contact Us' option on the website or send an email to and indicate whether you wish replacement merchandise, a refund, or credit towards a future purchase.

Returns of merchandise for any reason other than defective merchandise must still be in 'like new' condition to be accepted and a credit will be issued that can be used towards future purchases.
