Welcome to the Coin Gallery
Barber Shop Coins has been in business since 1995. We offer a wide variety of collector coins for sale. New coins are being added to inventory often, and others are being purchased so we update this site often. Please select from among the coins listed and submit an email. We will confirm that the selected coins are still available and arrange payment. You may contact us by email or by phone, or see us and the coins at one of the coin shows in the greater North Carolina area.
Coin Images: Because of the number of coins we keep in inventory and the number of transactions we conduct it is not practical for us to display images of all of the coins on our site. You may request for us to provide images of coins prior to ordering them if needed. We will attempt to honor all practical requests.
Ordering: Ordering through email is our preferred method (less chance of misunderstanding). When ordering, select the items that you want by coin type, date, mint mark, and grade. Selected items will be placed into a shopping cart. You can select to generate an email from the shopping cart. Also include preferred payment type and additional contact information. If payment is to be by credit or debit card we can call you back to take the information (card number, expiration date, CVV number, and your zip code). If paying by PayPal, please wait for an acknowledgement that the requested items are available and a quote for the total amount. If payment is to be by check, we can hold items for up to 1 week to receive the check, and items will not ship until check has cleared.
Payments: We can accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. When you pay by check or money order, the merchandise will be shipped when the check clears. You will be asked to add for shipping and handling for orders less than $100. Orders over $100 are postpaid. Most of the time we will ship within 24 hours from receiving payment. Optionally you can request to pick up the merchandise at one of the upcoming coin shows and eliminate the shipping charge.
Return Policy: Any coins purchased through the mail must be returned in their original unopened package (normally a cardboard mount) within 14 days to be accepted for credit or //replacement.
